It’s Monday, which, you know, is usually an “ugh” and “where’s my sugar daddy when I need him?” kinda morning. We’ve also changed our clocks back to what I like to call “Real Time”, since it means we’re now on the same time as Saskatchewan, where I was born and where I still have most of my family…and if anyone can explain to me the point of changing our clocks, I would greatly appreciate it!
Normally, that would all make me cranky BUT it’s been above freezing all weekend, and looks like it will remain that way all week (whimpers); Maggie Thom is now only TWO DAYS AWAY from publishing her new book, Deceitful Truths, and my next tour stop is here at Jersey Girl Book Reviews. Not bad for a Monday, huh? 😀

The sun is almost up, and I’m sitting here with a headache. But the weather channel is telling me it’s going to be on the plus side starting tomorrow. I…I don’t know if I believe them, but I’ll be cautiously optimistic. Unfortunately, I may have to go into the office tomorrow, but I guess you just have to take the bad with the good. ;D

It’s hard to believe it’s already Wednesday. It’s even harder to believe it’s still currently still so !@#@!$$#! cold!!! Yes, I run an adult blog – I just can’t think of a curse word strong enough to express my feelings – LOL. Now, on the plus side (oh, if only…), it has been getting decently warm during the day. Keep in mind that at this point, anything warmer than -20 is decent.

We’re back to -17 with the windchill – winter sucks rocks!! On the other hand, I’m starting a two-day meeting this morning, so the rest of the work week is spoken for. Of course, it’s also two days!! Government. Some things never change – LOL.
